Hey folks,We've been putting in an ATEM 1 M/E system in our church and have a crashing issue with the latest control PC. Previously we've used two other PCs in testing while setting up the dedicated control PC and both worked fine. But the ATEM control software keeps crashing on the newest dedicated PC. The other two we tested were Core2Duo Dell Optiplexes and the PC with the issue is a Dimension PIV. All 3 PCs are running the 32 bit version of Windows 7.
I've actually never been able to find any specs for a PC just running the control software other than Windows 7, although for the higher end versions of course it specifies Windows 64 bit and specific models.
Is there a known issue with running the ATEM control software on a non-dual core PC even if it's running Windows 7?
